Learning How to Fly

Learning to fly any type of R/C aircraft can be rewarding, exciting and just plain fun if the learning experience is a positive one, however the challenge of learning how to
fly without the assistance of an instructor to help guide
you through the process can be frustrating and costly.

The Barnstormers club has AMA certified instructors to
help make your learning experience a good one by utilizing
a buddy box. The student's buddy box is connected to the main transmitter and with the instructor by your side, mishaps can be avoided by the simple release of a button
on the instructor's transmitter.

If you're not sure this is the hobby for you, come out to
visit with us and give it a try on one of the three club
owned trainers. There is no cost for the use of the club trainers and the first couple introductory flights are free.
This will help you decided if learning to fly R/C planes is
for you before purchasing a plane of your own.
